Event RecapOct 9, 2023

The Door's Bronx Youth Center hosts NYSERDA and Road Trip Nation for “Empowered State” Film Screening

The Door collaborated with NYSERDA and Road Trip Nation on an event called “Empowered State”, find a career you’ll love in the world of renewable energy. The event provided The Door's Bronx Youth Center (BYC) members with the opportunity to learn more about employment in the renewable energy sector.

Attendees watched a film on renewable energy and had the opportunity to have a Q&A session with Road Trippers, young people who’ve found employment in green energy.

Thank you to NYSERDA and Road Trip Nation for sharing their resources with Bronx youth. Click here to learn more about BYC's renewable energy program in partnership with Solar One.
